"Since its installation, the organ has
given me tremendous pleasure. It is a joy to
listen to, and so comfortable to play. Indeed,
it has spurred me on to practise those pieces
which had been put at the bottom of the pile
as they were just unsuitable for the old organ.
"Our congregational singing has improved
- they keep in time, now, even with only a few
stops drawn. Last weekend, one of the hymns
was meditative in feeling, and I kept a congregation
of over 100 together with Swell Flutes 8 and
4, and the Cremona taking the tune.
"All in all, the organ has far surpassed
our expectations. The imitative stops truly
reflect their namesakes, and the flues, with
their distinctive 'chiff' both individually
and together provide a warm quiet sound. The
Principal choruses give depth without being
overpowering, and are capped by telling mixtures
and the Swell reeds. The Pedal department has
great clarity and it is a distinct advantage
having the Salicional to support either the
Dulciana or my favourite ethereal Célestes.
"We at Holy Trinity are truly proud of
our Copeman Hart organ, both as a musical instrument
and as a piece of furniture to adorn the church.
Your craftsmen also should be proud of the organ,
and I would like to place on record my very
grateful thanks to them for their work, assistance
and advice in helping to bring the project to
fruition."

"The organ continues to delight me with
its splendid tone and wonderful range of sounds.
On Sunday, Ian played Prelude and Fugue in E
minor by Nikolaus Bruhns and I knew something
was missing - it was the awful clatter of the
old pedalboard which had been our compulsory
accompaniment! It is marvellous to be able to
rely on the music adding depth and beauty to
our worship. The organ brings new discoveries
for us all the time as its potential unfolds."
