"The Consultants to the Cathedral had
been unanimous in recommending that a Copeman
Hart three-manual organ be purchased for the
Cathedral. Needless to say, when the organ was
being voiced, we were all anxious to find out
whether our choice had been vindicated by the
quality of the organ. I sat at the organ console
and started playing, and after two or three
bars I had totally forgotten that I was not
playing a pipe organ. I must say that this is
the only electronic organ at which I have experienced
this, and I feel that our decision has been
proved right beyond even my anticipation."
